What did I say different?

You somehow connected the fact that the advice is to continue the existing
protocols to slow the spread means that the vaccine will not allow for businesses
to re-open, etc. Re-opening levels are driven by the infection rate and as the vaccines
are given the infection rate will drop, allowing less restrictions, more venues
to be open, etc.
