I would give it odds of no more than 10% of being right.
Most other solar sunspot predictions tend towards the next solar cycle
being miserably boring. Annoying when you have an H-alpha prominence
filter. Time was when you would get a few really exciting flares to half
a solar diameter and naked eye sunspots from time to time.
Hasn't been anything that interesting for more than a decade now.
1960's sunspot cycle was unusually active.
