That may or may not be a true claim; who knows, with this government.
Note though they didn't claim it was all in the right places.

That's an odd thing to say. It will be distributed as needed. With a delay
between the order going in and arrival - same as everything.

It is no surprise many places haven't ordered up enough. Judging by my
friends, demand is much higher than last year.
