NOt really a very scientific test though. You may find that the control
system is designed to keep the output the same as a maximum, and hence they
are still within spec, but might not be as good as they were.
I doubt if you get much radiation damage at sea level though!

My PV panels are almost ten years old now.
Yesterday was bright sun , blue sky and cold wind.
At midday, they were delivering the full rated power.
So they haven't deteriorated by much.
