Exactly as expected. It's progressive to see wrong and try to right it.
When you finally start to see positive change in a deep southern city, such
as Birmingham as a random example, then you know we're almost where we
should be. Lots of other issues, plus some new ones, will have come up by
then, so it's a never ending struggle to make progress, i.e. to be
progressive.

Yes I consider Atlanta a northern city it just happens to be in
Georgia. The vibe is more like DC and I lived in both.
