It does in Yorkshire, but isn't Watford in the Southern Hemisphere?

Well there's Watford, Herts. and there's Watford, Northants. (the
second being better known than it used to be because of the Watford
Gap services on the M1). I know Northants isn't quite 'up north' but
it's sort of half way there! :-)
