Yes, but it remains to be seen if those are the main problem.

They did open the Immokalee (ag area) casino right about then.
A lot of those same latinos, do work as cleaners and kitchen
help in the casino.

And it remains to be seen what disneyland etc will do. It may work out
not so bad because they are mostly outside, but that remains to be seen.

I think it is a dumb idea but if they don't do something all of those
parks will be bankrupt and Orlando will be back trying to scratch out
a living with oranges and cattle.
I suppose they can tear down all those homes and let it revert to
pasture and groves. Lake O would be better for it.
