Until recently the state hasn't done much random testing. You had to be
vetted by a health care professional and exhibit symptoms to be
scheduled for testing. Doing some quick rounding 1 out of 100 tested
positive.

Okay, that's good news. So what about the 400 odd positives that aren't
recovered, dead, or hospitalized?

Then there are the sensational headlines '11 year-old dies of
COVID-19!!!' Well below the fold they get around to mentioning said 11
year-old had multiple preexisting problems.
