1 they didn't vote to abolish the police.
2 the vote has no actual effect.
3 there may or may not be a election vote on a charter change that
would make some changes the council wants to make easier.
4 it is not at all certain that a charter change would pass. I have not
seen support from groups that traditionally represent the Black
community, but there has been opposition. Mayor also does not support
5 there is no plan for what some of the council want to do - vaporware
- you have to support multiple vague ideas
