Can't see that being very viable. Plenty dont have a normal home address.

(*) Which is how one of the Suffragettes was able to get herself recorded
as being in (a broom cupboard of) the Houses of Parliament in the 1910s.

Ours dont record the location that specifically. Not sure what happens
with hotels etc.
