And let me add, what about the fact that at the start, Pelosi offered
her hand and Stumpie wouldn't shake it.

I didn't watch the speech but in the one clip that I did see Trump was
turning away from Pelosi after giving her the printed copy before she
stuck her hand out. He did not shake Pence's hand either.

He is a germaphobe and has always tried to avoid shaking hands. Unlike
grabbing a pussy though.

I'm not a germaphobe but I've had many awkward moments with the
handshake ritual. My default setting is no handshake. I can respond to a
compulsive shaker gracefully but when neither of us are too sure it
looks like a gun fight at high noon.

There was a few years where a handshake with the right hand was
downright PAINFULL for me (wrist broken twice within 18 months) so a
"two handed shake" with my left hand holding my right wrist was common
- with the left thumb in the palm. That gave some protection against
an "enthusiastic" handshake. Those who couldn't take the hint were
rememberd - and when the "rawhide wrench" was back in full form a few
of THEM had to wince.
