insurance for routine health care or you won't even get through the door.
They demand hard evidence you can pay up-front before they'll even see
you.
The British are the world's biggest mugs given the imbalance they
tolerate in this respect. No wonder it's so hard to even get a routine
doctor's appointment in Britain.
