Project fear was an invention of the Leave campaigners, to explain away
the projections that they didn't like.

manage and thats saying something.

As one of the Leave campaign leaders is reported to have said in an
unguarded moment (later denied), had we told people what we really expect
Brexit to be like, nobody would have voted for it.
