petrol and can't be recharged anything like as quickly.


And it never will - you'll simply have to put up with waiting 30 mins to
"refill" instead of 3. Get used to it.


I can charge AA batteries in 10 minutes, the charger is made by Uniross and has a cooling fan. This could easily be integrated into cars.
