Default ? kenmore - i did that and...

Hi,

thanks jeff
now that you describe it like that, i agree. it seems like the
agitator is sort of engaging during the spin cycle. not good. because
i can grab it and stop the event and i only notice it when spin speed
increases i suspect worn part in agitator linkage. maybe transmission?
anyway. your first link was nice - pics and all. helps a novice like
me keep act together.


your second link gave me a script error and
'page not available' screen, and wont back button from there either.

Another try

what sucks - and why i delay - is that i worry i'll get the thing
apart and not be able to tell the bad part. probably just a matter of
nerves and guts. gotta go for it and just find out....
