Somebodies BIL had the contract.

It does not make sense at that cost, but sometimes they discover ways to
make that formerly $700 item for less than a buck.

It is really $ 5 for the fuel, and the rest for a lable that certifies
someone's BIL stuck his finger in, snif it and said 'yep it is jet
fuel'.
