Drivers using cell phones are as distracted as drunk drivers.

There is no sense in it when it can't even work out if the driver
is using it or a passenger is. And its a bare faced pig ignorant
lie that using a phone is as bad as being a drunk driver.

There is no evidence that holding a phone while driving has
