Ceiling extractor fan in en suite not working. Hadn't worked since they
moved into the house 6 years ago (built in 2000.)

Took the cover off, power going in, undid the 4 screws to remove it. No
rawlplugs, just screwed into the plasterboard!

No ducting! Just 10" of loft insulation!

The mind boggles!
