Yes, with those too, because there are no drugs
which are the only patented drug that can be
used for a particularly medical condition. Any
drug has to compete with what the competitors
have for that particular medical condition.
And it isnt hard to make small changes to a
particular drug and have your own patented
drug that competes in the market for that
medical condition, so no monopoly is possible.
and it is far too easy in the US to extend a patent.
Still not a monopoly when that happens.
