Well I get tonnes of calls claiming to be BT telling me to click on
the windows logo on my windows PC

He obviously wanted me to open a up a connmection to some ratware server
or somesuch.Â* I didn't tell him I dont have BT broadband and am all
linux. Not until 15 minutes of wasting his time had elapsed...

I tell them I don't understand computers but will go and get Fred who
does and put the phone down on the desk. It keeps them tied up and from
mithering someone who might be taken in for a couple of minutes.

Most times my answerphone or answering with dead air filters them out.
