The Wikipedia article at

mini-DIN. The one in the middle looks like a PS/2 connector.

BTW, normal DIN is at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DIN_connector . I
have seen the 5,6, and 8 pin varieties.

BTW, one of the varieties of mini-DIN was used for S-video (which also
fell out too easily).
