I would have thought your best bet was a second hand machine tool
dealer: the sort working out of a collection of sheds, rather than one
with shiny showrooms. They are far more likely to have a foot treadle
folder sitting, almost forgotten, in a corner somewhere. I am long out
of touch with prices though.
