replacement. Lying *******s. They have a terrible reputation, like
Yodel.

Here, we have the same guy delivering for Hermes every time. I have
never had a problem with him.

I have had a Yodel delivery that I was waiting for, always in sight and
sound of the front door, and the first I knew that the fella was there
was when I heard the letter box snap as he dropped a "We called but you
weren't in" note through it.

DPD now let you know within a time window when the driver will be there,
and he/she is usually at the beginning of the slot.

Royal Mail is a crapshoot.
