Neither, it's not about trade that could be easily sorted. Ireland and
the EU are looking for 're-unification' by the back door method and see
Brexit as a means of acheiving it.

Only a good idea if you want the likes Gerry Adams as the next PM of
Ireland.

Since MI5 knows where all the bodies are buried, and Gerry knows that
they know, and since there never was a 'peace and reconciliation' Gerry
is allowed to bluster, but he was brought to te table by pressure...and
he is still able to be blackmailed or destroyed or charged with murder.
