Most health tourists already have a link to this country, which is
not difficult after 13 years of NuLabias multi-cultural 'experiment'.

They come in as tourists, with pre-existing problems and then turn
up at A&E, and then they're in. By the time the health trust has
become aware and given them a bill it is too late. They just leave
without paying.

Some attend GPs using their UK relatives name and no-one ever knows.

Like benefit fraud, we only know about the detected fraud, which may
be the tip of an iceberg.
