Dental scrapers and sharp 'prodders' are the best things to use
because they have proper handles.


And both "pin vise" and "stainless steel dental pick" get plenty of hits on
aliexpress. They even have pin vises with a twist drill function, with pin vises
starting at 1‚¬/quid delivered...
