EnergyStar refrigerators and an 18 seer central air unit.* All other appliances are natural gas.* I have a 200 amp panel/service but it is overkill.

Thanks for that. We will notify the power co. to add to the bill. If you
want economy; you have to pay for it (saying by car salesman).
