I bet you can't do them, on fact suggesting such a thing proves you can't do them.

Someone already has but you chose to ignore them.

Anyway the simplest solution to your dilemma is switch the damn things
on on a Monday morning and leave them on until Friday evening. That way
the lab will remain warm even with these useless convection heaters and
the huge running costs will come off some other budget.

You could always do some engineering instead of whining on Usenet.
