I own my own place. I simply dont own the land it sits on. Shrug...I
didnt have much choice in that. I had plans to buy when it became
available...a black lawyer beat me to it. He bought 5 other
properties...the houses all burned down..and now Im paying for all 5
of them. On the other hand..Ive found a bigger piece of property and
am looking at buying it. Land contracts are good. Particularly when I
know the owner pretty well.
