maintain and now only have a small cost for snow removal.

How can a homeowner be responsible for snow removal? I mean how can that
possibly work? Does every homeowner clear the road of x yards of snow?
Or do you all come to an agreement that one guy has a big piece of
machinery and you all give him a bit of cash to do it?
