First, you're not even in the right county. Second, if you're planning on committing a felony at my house, you miserable cowardly weasel, I'll make it easy for you: Google my ham radio call sign KC2NZT. You'll get my full name, my middle initial, my home address, and maybe more.

22 Tulsa Ave, Metuchen, NJ is a single family home that contains 1,196
sq ft and was built in 1935.

1200 sq ft? For a man of such grace, style and economic wealth?

My dog houses are bigger than that.

That's why I'm comfortably retired

Who says Im not retired? Ive not worked much my entire life! My
lifestyle is almost as good as people on fixed income but still
provides all the excitement enjoyed by starving artists...VBG

and you're a deadbeat who can't even pay his property taxes.

I choose to not pay them...shrug. Im no different than most of my
friends here that choose to not pay things visa versa child support
etc.

However, if the stroke hadn't eaten what was left of your brain,

Its true I dont have quite as much as I used to but I was recently
tested and certified to still have 159 - 162 of my original 165 IQ.
Which is more than enough to anililte all Leftists and most scientists
and scolars... shrug. The proof is in my resume.

know how to maintain our computers in a hitened state of readiness can
see sites like that one.

you'd remember that I said many times that we live in a tiny house. Not actually that tiny, however. They just took the dimensions of the foundation, before rear additions, and multiplied it by two, for two stories.

Laugh laugh. You fell for the trap of owning your own home. Sucks to
be someone too stupid to know that renting is smarter.

Point set match, indeed sir. Anything youd like to add before your
buffonish life is snuffed out in the great cull? Hmmmm? Use all the
whitespace you like.

Gunner, not in the mood today to pretend to be helpless.

That's a pretty good "Gunner," but you left out his fleet of yachts. d8-)

Yachts in a desert? What kind of idiot would do that? I am sure Gummer
makes as much money as those Eskimos selling Hawaiin shirt in the Arctic
Circle.

Yachts? Yachts are typically over 30' long..usually in the 40' and
longer class. My biggest boat is only 25' long

With this sad ol girl..I have 7.

https://goo.gl/photos/t8ETr7jyDpT8ArP98

Got several of them up for sale btw. The most expensive one is the
Ensenada 20, at $1500 with outboard, the Venture 224 is $1000, no
outboard and the Oday Daysailer...hummm...$600-800, depending on who
wants it and where they live.

Ill turn the Newport Venture loose for about $500 or so. Has all the
gear and parts..but needs to be reassembled and the cockpit floor
glassed back in.

Btw...I dont do it for money. I do it because I enjoy restoring them,
and then sailing them. Hell..Ive given 3 boats away that Id restored.
Folks sail em several times a month.

The Canukistani has no comprehension of that concept..he is
universally worthless in all aspects.

Short sailing season up in North America's largest walk-in cooler -
maybe July and a few weeks of August...

As long as the water isnt blocked by ice..its sailing season. I will
note though that having a nice heater on board makes it much more
comfy.

What can you tell us about Windancer II?

Its a 1972, Ive owned it since 1986, raced the **** out of it for
almost 10 yrs..then gave it away. They never used it and moved about
6 months or so ago, and they gave it back.

Looks to be a Hobie Cat, yes?

Ayup, Hobie 16. She is a bit tired..the hulls delaminated (very
common for early to mid 70s hulls in the hot desert sun out here. It
was fixed..but I dont trust hull strength in high winds. She will be
fine up to about 12 knots wind..after that...she might simply break in
half. Or not. Shrug.

Those are a kick to hike out on.

They are a total riot to sail, particularly in high winds. That one
was clocked at 35 mph in a 20 knot wind on Lake Buena Vista..which is
a very small lake just outside of Bakersfield, Ca.

Here is a video of a similar boat. Sailing scenes are in real time...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pUHXmuGMDPc

The section of the video where the bow of the boat is driven under
water..is called a "pitch pole"...which is why they are sitting on the
far ass end of the trampoline..to keep the bows out of the water...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mtWoxDXUmko

This one is a Hobie 18 (internal dagger boards)...as you can see..they
are fast tough boats.
