Yikes!! whole house on batt backup?? way too expensive. The install,
batteries, replacing them every 4 years
would kill your wallet!
and even with that.. how long would the batts last??

If you have natual gas there are nat gas powered generators whcih will
eliminate fuel storage tanks too.
that can run for days if necessary
