So now people dont have to chop their own veggies, or buy the ones

And they charge a LOT for the service. Of course these stores are
generally located where the people can afford service like that. On
the upper west side of New York, for instance. This really isn't much
different from the food companies that will sell you a box of
ingredients to make a single dish.

Remember, the typical New Yorker has nothing in his refrigerator.
Maybe a beer, but nothing you could cook. They get takeout for pretty
much everything.


Many will have serious problems if power goes out for 10 days
