around the authorities in Rotherham handling Moslems with kid gloves or

Considering he started out as a patrician from the East Coast, then
adopted (or acquired by osmosis) a veneer of Texan, I don't think
we can consider him typical anything.

I'll admit that when I'm speaking quickly, I elide letters and syllables
like mad. Then I trip over my own bad diction, slow down, and resume
a more normal mode of speech.
