I have a Carriar, no problems with it, very little maintenance in the 5
years I've had it. It cools our house in less than an hour after turning
it on. It was installed by my Plumbing/Electrician company. I had to
have separate vents for my central AC.

We have a ranch home, 3 bedrooms.
