sweet! thanks! This worked. I thought it was screwed up beyond repair when
the menu turned to jibberish, but holding reset til it flashed twice fixed
the language problem. Strangely enough my friend with the same monitor had
the same thing happen; his controls were locked. I told him how to turn it
off and he fixed it too. Thanks!
