It is already that way, but now it has to be specifically worded in
so the retards like you that have "interpretation issues" will no
longer be able to freely mis-interpret the meaning of the law ever
again.

It's been consistently interpreted over and over again by courts
since 1984, and their rulings have consistently reaffirmed the
rights to time and space shift digital media for noncommercial
home use. Occasionally we get a blip on the map (such as the
recent 321 decision), but such nonsense rulings have always
been eventually overturned. Stay tuned and see what happens.
