Public places are for everyone, and this is about public health in
public places. Non-smokers shouldn't have to leave public places
because smoker's blow hazardous secondhand smoke
A public place is much bigger than the area created by smoke.
And what makes you think you have more rights than the smoker?
Smokers are allowed in public places - they just can't engage in smoking
while there.
