Common courtesy. Some people would be offended. I see no reason to
offend if it serves no purpose when there is a simple way to deal with
it.

But everyone knew what you said, why are you frightened of a word, it
isn't even a swearword. You obviously believe in *hell* and it's
regularly mentioned in the Bible (probably in the Koran too).
You believe in it, but can't bring yourself to say it....weird.
