Just used the GasBuddy App to find the lowest price diesel in the
area. That's one that obviously won't work without a network connection.
Others like the bubble level, will.

I believe 911 calls will work. People donate older phones to seniors.

Are you saying seniors aren't intelligent enough to operate the newer
phones?



Many seniors have no use for a phone or data plan and the cost that goes
with it. They do like the security that allows a call to 911 if needed.
