and executed over some period of time. They just were of limited
scope. The Great Cull....IE the Second American Revolution....wont be

Ive been told that there are a number of people who go into the city
and troll for thugs, and when they attack, they get terminated. Now
I think thats a bit unecessary..but it does tend to thin out the worst
ones.
