And the govt knows the proper diet, right? It was the govt that
told us how bad natural fat was and that trans fat was so much
better. People switched from butter to margarine for 25 years.
Transfats went into most commercial baked goods.
Now it turns out that the govt is banning trans fats as one of
the worst things ever. At the same
time, govt told us how we should be loading up on carbs, that bread,
pasta and cereal were good, meat was bad. Eat those carbs instead
of protein and fat and you won't get fat. Now with America in the
middle of an obesity epidemic, that govt edict is out the window too.
