Odd..all my vehicles use wet cell batteries...no spills yet.

Well..I did have one blow the top off a few years ago..that was
messy...


It mostly splashes drips on top of the battery, causing a resistance
between the battery posts which slowly drains the battery between
runnings. I think I'll try some of that maroon battery protectant
spray to see if I can head that off this year. The battery in the
mower isn't over 3 years old yet, but replacement is due soon.

Of course, if I put a grand in my "lawn", the gopher mounds and ruts
wouldn't be there to bounce me around. I mow out of necessity, not
pride. The entire front yard is now covered in woodchipper chips to
avoid all that yard maintenance crap.
