Priorities. They get the overnight out first, then the Prime 2 day, and
fill in the rest of the day with the free shipping orders. If it is a
busy day and they had to work OT to finish the priority orders, yours
will just sit.

Also acts as an incentive for borderline customers to decide to get Prime.
