I'd give it a "maybe" at least. History shows some wives taking over
the husbands political office, a husband's business, etc. Some have done
well, others, not so much. Obviously, she still has to have some talent
of her own. Hillary, like her or not, has a good deal of exposure to
high ranking politics.
