I still haven't seen that the op disconnected the door and ran it up and down to see if it moved freely and was well balanced. That's the first thing to do with any garage door problem.

Op does not seem to be interested in finding the problem and have it
fixed or fix it herself. So far she is repeating same thing over and over.
Open the door does not work wait try again works.......
Not doing any thing else.
