If the hose vinyl, RTV (silicon rubber) should work.
You may need a piece of vinyl to act as an overlapping patch.

I'd be thinking silicone caulk, followed by
gorilla tape, and then cable ties. Not sure
if that will work. That stuff is miserable to
patch.
