I'm trying to determine if there is a way to straighten bracket used for holding a plexiglass cover.

It was worse than what is shown in the pics, but I still need to get it to the point were I can use it. (I'm assuming it would require heating).

It has to be stripped and painted also, but if I can't make it straight then it is of no use to me, so I'm wondering how those here would go about it.
