Hit yard sales and pawn shops. Ive got a handful of US made ones.
Most are at least 20 or more years old. Armstrong, SnapOn, etc etc

4" is pretty small for the average plonk's tool box..so you may be
looking for a while

Finding good 2" and 3" ones are harder though.
