Years ago, there were two books "How children
learn" and "how children fail". Author, I
think it was Bill Hull.

He quoted another elementary school teacher,
asking "what is your goal, and are you getting
there"? Fifty years of Cuba embargo. I'm not
sure what was the goal, or if we made any
progress. It's worth a look, I think.
